VTU YOUTH FESTIVAL 2000 AT DSCE, BANGALORE.

AN APPEAL FOR SPONSORSHIP

Dayananda Sagar college of engineering, Bangalore, is hosting the three day Visveswaraiah Technological University- YOUTH FESTIVAL 2000, a cultural festival on 25th, 26th and 27th November 2000. Talented technical (Engineering) students from all the costituent colleges of the university will be competing in the various events, and the toppers will be representing the university at the inter university Youth festival, to be held at Hyderabad in the month of December.


It is proposed to to keep the events, open for public viewing, and wide publicity about the same will be made through all the media. Main sponsors will be given vantage exhibitions space near the main stage, free of rental, and at a additional nominal cost of Rs.3000.00 (Rupees three thousand only) for co-sponsors. Main sponsors will also be provided with display facilities for their products and services rendered, in the venue, during the festival. Advertisements from the main and co-sponsors will be included in the souvenir and proceedings, free of charges. The tariff structure for sponsorship and advertisements in the souvenir being brought on the occasion is listed below.


Those desirous of displaying/promoting their products/services, will be provided exhibition space with minimum basic amenities in the venue, at the rate of Rs.6000.00 (Rupees six thousand only). The other details of the exhibition like venue, layout plan etc., will be intimated to you in due course.

All cheques/demand drafts for sponsorship/advertisements shall be drawn in the name of VTU-Youth festival 2000.In case you need any furthur clarifications, please feel free to contact us at the address given below, or give us an appointment so that we can contact you at your convenience. SPONSORSHIP DETAILS
  1. Event sponsorship (Entitlement belongs to Rupees 3 lakhs and above)
    • The whole event will be named after the sponsor.
    • Sponsor's name will be carried with all the advertisements done, including postors, banners, tickets and certificates.
    • Back drop and side drop of the seminar hall and entertainment stage will bear the sponsor's name and logo.
    • 15 banners of the sponsor will be put at vantage positions of the venue and surroundings.
    • Popular TV channels Udaya TV, Siti cable and Doordarshan to cover the event.
    • Popular news dailies to carry a write up about the event.
    • Sponsor to get the front-page coverage of the souvenir.
    • Event badges and delegate kits will carry sponsor's name and logo.
    • Mementoes to be given to invitees and guests to bear sponsor's name and logo.

  2. Event co-sponsorship (Entitlement belongs to rupees 2 lakhs and above)
